Terminology
The terms Insi2, B&B and location all refer to the B&B Insi2.
Guest: a person who stays in the B&B and is registered as such.
Main guest: the person who has booked the B&B. The main guest must be over 18 years old and is responsible for his / her fellow guests.
Administrator: the person who manages the B&B as owner of the B&B, or on behalf of the owner of the B&B.
Third parties: any other legal entity that is not a guest, administrator or owner.
Reservation: confirmation by the B&B Insi2 of a stay registered by the guest.
Final Reservation: A reservation for which 50% of the total accommodation costs have been paid in advance on the KBC account of B&B Insi2.
Cancellation: Revocation or dissolution of the final reservation within the applicable term.
1. The B&B Insi2
1.1 The B&B is described on the website www.insitu2.be This website has been composed carefully, but there may be differences between text and/or photos presented on the website and the current situation at the time of the visit by the guest. No rights can be derived by guests from such differences.
1.2 The minimum stay in Insi2 is one night.
1.3 The B&B is accessible 24 hours a day. The B&B section has its own entrance.
1.4 Rest periods are from 10 pm to 7 am.
1.5 Smoking is not allowed in the rooms or in the common areas or anywhere indoors. Smoking is allowed outside.
1.6 Pets are not allowed.
1.7 The rooms are suitable for two persons.
1.8 Check-in from 4 pm to 10 pm, check-out at 11 am.
1.9 Guests can park their car in the car park in front of the B&B. Parking is at your own risk.
2. Rates
2.1 The rates include gas, water, electricity and heating. The rates are including VAT.
2.2 The rates do not include costs of cancellation and / or travel insurance and / or others costs.
2.3. Rates of the B&B are always non-binding and are subject to changes.
2.4 All the information on the B&B website ( www.insitu2.be ) has been provided in good faith and is always subject to possible adjustments. The B&B is not bound by obvious errors on its website.
3. Reservation and Payment
3.1 After the reservation has been confirmed by the B&B, the main guest has to transfer an advance of at least 50% of the total accommodation costs to account of B&B Insi2.
3.2 The reservation is only final once this advance has been paid. Once the reservation is final, you will receive a confirmation from B&B Insi2.
3.3 The Main Guest can choose to pay the total accommodation costs to the B&B in one transfer.
3.4 The advance or total accommodation costs must be paid on the account number BE39 7340 4461 1319 in the name of B&B Insi2.
3.5 The Main Guest is requested to pay any pending amount upon arrival.
This can be done cash or by Payconiq. The B&B does not accept a credit card.
4. Cancellation
4.1 If canceled at least 7 days prior to the earliest arrival time (4 pm) on the arrival date, the amount already paid will be completely returned.
4.2 If canceled less than 7 days but more than 2 days before arrival, 50% of the amount paid will be returned. If canceled less than 2 days before arrival day (4 pm) no amount will be returned.
4.3 To be eligible for a refund of the amount already paid, the cancellation must be notified to the B&B by e-mail or by post.
4.4 B&B Insi2 always has the right to cancel a final reservation more than 48 hours prior to the earliest arrival time (4 pm) without giving reasons, with repayment of the amount already paid to the main guest.
5. Damage
5.1 The guest must behave properly and use the B&B accommodation in accordance with the reasonable instructions given by the B&B or the administrator.
5.2 The main guest is legally liable for the parties to the B&B accommodation or the damage caused by them.
5.3 A damage made by the guest must directly be notification to the owner or the manager. Repair and / or replacement costs must be immediately paid by the guest to the administrator or must be reimbursed at his first request.
6. Complaints
6.1 The guest is always entitled to submit his complaints to the B&B. The B&B must always deal with a complaint adequately and expeditiously, so that the complaint is handled according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
7. Force majeure
7.1 In case of force majeure, both of a permanent and temporary nature, the B&B is entitled to dissolve or temporarily suspend the agreement in whole or in part. The guest can not claim fulfillment and / or compensation. Under force majeure includes (not limited): danger of war, war, rebellion, molestation, strikes, boycott, disturbances in the energy circuit, in traffic or transport, measures of government, scarcity of raw materials, natural disasters and furthermore all circumstances, extraordinary weather conditions, illness of the owners or death of one of them owners or close relatives, etc., … Full or partial fulfillment of the agreement cannot be required from the B&B in reasonableness and fairness.
8. Liability
8.1 The B&B cannot be held liable for by the guest or third parties damage suffered as a result of the stay in the accommodation; the guest indemnifies the B&B against claims in this regard. The B&B is not liable for malfunctions in and around the accommodation such as faults and power cuts and water supplies and technical installations, construction and / or road works that are not or not announced in time of the B&B.
8.2 The B&B can only be held liable for damage due to the gross negligence or the negligence of the B&B.
8.3 Without prejudice to the provisions in 8.1 and 8.2, the liability of the B&B, if and insofar as the B&B has the user agreement in court for any reason liability is held, is always limited to direct damage and is excluded of any form of consequential damage. The liability of the B&B is also always limited to the maximum amount that the B&B insurer will pay.
9. Privacy
9.1 The B&B will treat all personal data provided or disclosed confidentially and not freely make it available to third parties.
10. Final provision
10.1 Unless otherwise provided in rules of private international law, only Belgian law applies to the present conditions. Foreigner (not Belgian) guests are expected to agree to the terms and conditions.
10.2 All disputes arising from the user agreement or these conditions will be settled at first instance by the competent court in Belgium, insofar as the rules of private international law do not determine otherwise.
10.3 Neither party can transfer its rights and obligations to third parties for insofar as nothing else is stipulated in the present conditions.
10.4 If and insofar as any provision in the user agreement and the present conditions should prove null and void, the other conditions will be maintained and will be converted.
